Our Take on Fenrir
This is the SR Assassin version of Fenrir, a separate unit from the UR Warrior Fenrir (fenrir-ssr) with the freeze kit. SR Fenrir picks off single targets: Hunting Time darts in for 430% physical damage, knocks the target down and gives +1200 Crit for the skill's duration, and its cooldown resets if the target dies. Predatory Pulse adds 60% of Attack and [Shock] to the first hit on each enemy.
Strengths
- +Hunting Time's +1200 Crit applies for the skill itself, so its 430% hit is very likely to crit, and the cooldown reset on kill lets him chain finishes.
- +Predatory Pulse adds 60% of Attack and [Shock] to the first hit on every enemy, which rewards switching targets.
- +Hunting Instinct gives 25% Life Steal whenever any enemy is below 50% HP, and talent level 2 adds 4% more per [Awakening] gained from ally Overdrives.
Weaknesses
- โAll three damage skills hit one target, so he contributes little in wide fights unless kills keep resetting Hunting Time.
- โHis Life Steal bonus turns off when no enemy is below 50% HP, leaving him without sustain early in a fight.
How to Play Fenrir
Like other Assassins, SR Fenrir dives the enemy back line; Secret Raid blinks him behind a target for 275%. Let teammates bring enemies down first, then aim Hunting Time at the lowest-HP enemy so the kill resets the cooldown for another cast. Spreading hits across fresh targets gets more value from Predatory Pulse. Talent level 2 is the most useful upgrade in teams with frequent Overdrives, since each one adds 4% Life Steal. Level 4's [Attack Boost] depends on elemental reactions, which the text does not define, so treat it as a bonus.
Good Teammates
- Bladeheart (SR) โ Bladeheart's Apex Predator inflicts [Physical Defense Down] on a single target, boosting Hunting Time's physical damage on the enemy Fenrir is trying to finish.
- Buck (SR) โ Buck's Magma Pulse damages a large circle, pushing several enemies under 50% HP to activate Hunting Instinct's Life Steal and set up Hunting Time kills.
- Siegfried (SR) โ The SR Siegfried's Flamecleave applies [Physical Defense Down] in a rectangular area, helping all of Fenrir's physical damage.

Should You Invest?
SR Fenrir is rated T4 on this site, while the UR Warrior Fenrir is rated T1, so check which one you own before investing. The SR version has a clear finisher role but little else, so most players will treat him as a low-priority or early-game option.
Fenrir FAQ
- What is the difference between SR Fenrir and UR Fenrir?
- They are different units. SR Fenrir (fenrir-sr) is a T4 Assassin with Hunting Time and Predatory Pulse. The UR Fenrir (fenrir-ssr) is a T1 Warrior with an area freeze and bleeding kit.
