How to Play Kleina
Keep Kleina in the back row and aim Death's Embrace where enemies are packed and your own units are not, such as the enemy back line after your melee units have moved forward. Terror Shriek happens on its own at battle start, so her main decision is the Overdrive. Talent level 4 is the clearest upgrade, adding [Attack Down] to every Soul Reaper trigger, which weakens the very enemies casting big Overdrives. Level 3's 12% Attack helps all her damage, and level 2's [Deathrattle] only grows when allies fall.
Good Teammates
- Medusa (SSR) – Medusa's [Venom Mark] detonations can raise an enemy's next Overdrive cost by 1 at talent level 4, pushing more enemy Overdrives to the 4-cost threshold Soul Reaper and Spectral Form check for.
- Cerberus (SSR) – Per its description, each of Cerberus's 3 Doomflare hits increases enemy Overdrive costs by 1, which can move enemy Overdrives into the 4+ range that Soul Reaper punishes.
- Faust (SSR) – At talent level 7, bomb-carrying Krul attacks have a 30% chance to raise the target's next Overdrive cost by 1, another way to feed Kleina's cost-based triggers.
