Nanalie
Overview
Nanalie drives team tempo with Overdrive acceleration, Awakening conversion, and Wild-state healing plus cooldown support.

Abilities
Heavenly Light Lotus
Deals 440% Magic Damage in a large area around the target. Damage increases by 30% while in [Wild].
โก HP Power Strike
Deals 260% Magic Damage to a single target. If HP is above 50%, sacrifices an extra 30% current HP to increase skill damage by 50%.
๐ Verdant Awakening
Overdrive Damage increases by 25%. Each allied Overdrive grants 1 [Awakening]. At 4+ stacks, active skill use consumes 4 stacks to grant [Adrenaline].
๐ฏ Forest Sentinel
Selects the highest-Rage ally (excluding self, prioritizing melee), grants [Adrenaline], and deals 60% Magic Damage around that ally every 2 seconds for 8 seconds.
Talent: Wild Echo
Losing HP builds Rage. At max Rage, enters [Wild]. In [Wild], heals allies in a large area every 3 seconds for 33% Attack and reduces their Overdrive cooldown by 1 second.
Level Enhancements
โญ Level 2
While in [Wild], Overdrive Energy Cost is reduced by 1
โญ Level 3
Attack is increased by 15%
โญ Level 4
Each [Forest Sentinel] damage tick grants 15% Rage to self and the selected ally
โญ Level 7
[Wild Echo] reduces Overdrive cooldown by 2 seconds and also reduces Nanalie's own Overdrive cooldown by 2 seconds
Our Take on Nanalie
Nanalie is an SSR Mage whose real job is tempo. Heavenly Light Lotus hits a large area for 440% Magic Damage, but the more important part of her kit is Wild Echo: once her Rage is full she enters [Wild] and starts healing the team every 3 seconds while shaving time off allied Overdrive cooldowns.
Strengths
- +Wild Echo heals allies in a large area every 3 seconds for 33% Attack and reduces their Overdrive cooldown by 1 second, which becomes 2 seconds (and also applies to Nanalie herself) at talent level 7.
- +Verdant Awakening adds 25% Overdrive Damage and gives her 1 [Awakening] per allied Overdrive, converting 4 stacks into [Adrenaline] on her next active skill.
- +Forest Sentinel targets the highest-Rage ally (melee prioritized), grants them [Adrenaline], and at level 4 each damage tick gives 15% Rage to both that ally and Nanalie.
Weaknesses
- โHer Rage comes from losing HP, so a well-protected back-row Nanalie may take a long time to reach [Wild] and turn on the healing and cooldown support.
- โHP Power Strike sacrifices an extra 30% current HP when she is above 50% HP; it likely helps build Rage, but it also leaves a fragile Mage exposed.
- โThe in-game text does not explain what [Adrenaline] actually grants, so the value of Forest Sentinel and the Awakening conversion is hard to measure.
How to Play Nanalie
As a Mage, Nanalie belongs in the back row, but she needs to lose some HP to fill Rage, so do not over-shield her early. Use HP Power Strike for single-target damage and self-inflicted HP loss, Forest Sentinel to feed Rage and [Adrenaline] to a melee carry, and Heavenly Light Lotus (30% stronger in [Wild], 1 energy cheaper at level 2) as her area finisher. Talent level 4 is the key upgrade because it turns Forest Sentinel into a shared Rage engine. Level 7 doubles the Overdrive cooldown cut and extends it to herself, which is the main reason to keep investing.
Good Teammates
- White Tiger (SSR) โ White Tiger enters [Wild] at max Rage, and Forest Sentinel's level 4 Rage gain on a melee ally speeds that up.
- Beowulf (SSR) โ Beowulf's Infinite Strength turns allied Overdrives into awakening charges, and Wild Echo shortens allied Overdrive cooldowns so those Overdrives come more often.
- Titania (SSR) โ Titania's Redemption always triggers when the healed target is in [Wild], so a Wild-state Nanalie guarantees her dispel and bonus area heal.

Should You Invest?
Nanalie is SSR and sits at T2 on this site, so she is a reasonable mid-term build for teams that rely on frequent Overdrives. Her value depends heavily on talent levels 4 and 7, so plan to invest in her talents rather than using her at base level.
Nanalie FAQ
- How does Nanalie enter Wild?
- Losing HP builds her Rage, and at max Rage she enters [Wild] through her Wild Echo talent. HP Power Strike's self-sacrifice and Forest Sentinel's level 4 Rage gain both help.
- Is Nanalie a healer or a damage dealer?
- Both, in turns. Her skills deal Magic Damage, but in [Wild] she heals allies every 3 seconds for 33% Attack and cuts Overdrive cooldowns, which is her main team contribution.
